Move Coordinator (PMC). A PMC is a relocation expert who will help
you with every piece of your move, from selling your current home to
purchasing your new one, and every thing in between, such as
arranging financing, setting up tours, and getting you discounts.
Her service is absolutely FREE!
Here are the
steps in the relocation process:
Step 1: Initial
Consultation
Step 2: The
benefits you are entitled to include:

Free use of an OEHB
Personal Move Coordinator

that matches your interests

A relocation packet
specific to your area and your interests

OEHB-trained
professionals

Specialized
financing packages

Discounts on moving
vans, car rentals, hotels and motels, escrow, lending, real estate
services, etc.
Step 3:
Follow-up

Your PMC will follow
up to assure your satisfaction. That includes calling every
professional you have been placed with to make sure your needs are
being met.

not being met to your satisfaction, your PMC will promptly
reassign a different professional to assist you
